Nelson Police on the search for the Egg Bandits

Nelson Police are appealing for public assistance to identify a group of teenagers responsible for a number if egging incidents on Friday, November 8.

Police were called to Fairview, to  a report of somebody yelling.

The complainant provided a vehicle description that he believed was involved and officers were soon able to locate the vehicle in question.

The driver of the vehicle explained that he had yelled because a group of teenagers egged his car before running off.

Later in the evening, a second person came forward reporting that his car had also been egged.

Police are hoping to identify the group, who where caught on camera buying eggs immediately before the incident.
