It may have been exhibition but a landmark weekend nonetheless for the Selkirk Saints.
The Saints split a pair of games against the University of Lethbridge Pronghorns of the Canadian Interuniversity Sports league.
Going from just five wins in 2011/2012, followed by back to back championships and now defeating teams on the national level, head Coach Alex Evin says Selkirk’s program has come a long way.
The Saints are idle til January 9th when they host first place Trinity Western.
Selkirk finishes the first half of the season in third – five points back of first.
