The BC Coroners Service is releasing the identity of a Rossland man who passed away on Vancouver Island this week.
22 year old River Thomas Sidley collapsed while storm-watching with friends on the western coast community of Bamfield early Tuesday morning.
Sidley was taken to a local health centre but could not be resuscitated.
