The City of Trail wants to make sure its gives its regional airport the attention it deserves.
That is why council has announced the formation of an Airport Committee with numerous projects set to be rolled out next year.
Councillor Kevin Jolly will be the chair.
The Silver City is spending nearly $70,000 on a concept plan for a new terminal which they hope to break ground on next summer. The current building is approximately 70 years old.
Trail purchased the airport from the RDKB in February.
