BC Transit, Teck and Interior Health have made the 2025 top 100 employers in Canada list.
BC Transit makes the list for the fifth consecutive year, with CEO Erinn Pinkerton saying is an honour and speaks to the consistent efforts of their dynamic, hard-working and diverse team.

BC Transit has more than 1,000 employees with a wide range of careers that include drivers, maintenance and administration positions. The top BC employer competition examines eight factors when determining its winners. They include the physical workplace, work atmosphere, health and family benefits, vacation policies, employee communications, performance management, training and skills development, and community involvement.
Meanwhile Interior Health also made the list again.
