Nick Deschenes says forward Scott Davidson was a highly sought after player heading into Saturday’s trade deadline.

Deschenes says Davidson played his heart out in his hometown orange and black.


Davidson was sent to the postseason-bound Chilliwack Chiefs for future considerations.

He is committed to NCAA Div 1 Quinnipiac University next year.
