Nelson needs to get going on its Hall Street corridor Stores to Shores project.
This from the Queen City’s Development Services Manager Pam Mierau.
She notes this has been in the discussion phase for three years now while other local communities like Rossland and Trail have been doing their big downtown revitalization work.
Mierau says while it’s important to get local businesses on side with traffic flow and parking changes it’s also important to stress the bigger picture.

She says the Hall Street connection from Baker Street to the waterfront will become an economic generator aimed at boosting all nelson business.
