Some good news for Selkirk College and local students wanting to pursue the sciences.
The college has announced they are once again offering second year studies in some areas.
Two years ago they cut programming to save costs.
But new initiatives like the Rural Pre-Medicine Program has increased interest in areas like chemistry and biology.
These subjects are now available as university transferable second year courses.
