KIJHL Preview Jan.28th: Leafs host Nite Hawks

The first place Beaver Valley Nite Hawks head to the Queen City for a match against Neil Murdoch Division rivals the Nelson Leafs Wednesday night.

The Hawks and Leafs have met six times this season – with Nelson winning three times and one tie.

Both sides have eight games remaining on the regular season and B.V currently sits 18 points ahead of Nelson.

Before Wednesday’s match the Leafs had to default five more wins (already defaulted one in November) due to an ineligible player in the lineup for those games.

With the change, Nelson falls to fourth in the Neil Murdoch Division.

Puck drop is 7PM.
