The West Kootenay Eco Society gets its day in court next week against the Province and the Jumbo Resort Municipality.
A judge will hear arguments on the legality of setting up a municipality that has no citizens.
The society’s lawyer Judah Harrison is reminding the public what this case is all about.
He says local governments are created to represent people not corporate interests.The case goes Monday and Tuesday.
