No hard feelings from the city of Trail after not receiving support from Nelson for a funding application.
This from mayor Mike Martin who admits he was initially disappointed to hear the Queen City council rejected to back their bid to the New Building Canada Fund but understands they’re applying for the same money for a project of their own.
Martin says Trail is still committed to working with communities in the region.
The Silver City is applying to the fund for monies to put towards a second access road to KBRH.
