Lower Columbia Team learns CBT funding priorities

The Lower Columbia Community Development Team has published the outcome of their outreach on what people want to do with Columbia Basin Trust money.

Economic and tourism development are at the top of the priority list, as well as improved regional governance.

The Greater Trail communities will have $600,000 to spend in the next two years from CBT’s Community Directed Funds.

Economic Development Officer Terry Van Horn says the results of their priorities plan will help community leaders decide on future ideas that come forward.

Grants are available immediately.
