Nite club teen party an alternative for youth:owner

A Castlegar night club that throws all-age dance parties is providing an alternative for youth to have fun.

So says owner Florio Vassilakakis  in response to a concern raised about “Teen Clubbin Dance Party” returning to the Element Club Bar and Grill

Vassilakakis – who also sits on City Council – believes it is better than under age kids going to a bush party and no different than a school dance.

He says his club is a multi-purpose facility that also hosts comedy shows, dinner theatre and charity events.

No alcohol is sold at the event and anyone trying to smuggle it in will be forced to leave.
