Selkirk Saints praised in BC Legislature

Some pretty powerful local sports reporting in the BC Legislature as the all-conquering Selkirk Saints hockey team have their victory rally in Castlegar today.

Kootenay West MLA Katrine Conroy stood up in the house and told her colleagues about the historic three-peat by the Saints in clinching yet another BCIHL title this season.

A victory rally was held in the Pit at the Castlegar campus this lunch hour.
