Trail to spread word on Kelowna air service

The City of Trail is trying to make sure they provide every opportunity for the route from their local airport to Kelowna to succeed.

This from councillor Kevin Jolly after Pacific Coastal said the new service launched in January needs twice as many riders to be sustainable.

Pacific Coastal says they were surprised to learn of such a lack of awareness among the Trail community about the new service.

Jolly believes plans to expand the Trail Regional Airport will also help increase ridership for all routes.
