First Nations could join local govts on Columbia Treaty

It could be a breakthrough regarding further First Nations participation in the Columbia River Treaty talks.

Nelson mayor Deb Kozak is also Chair of the Local Governments Committee which has been discussing treaty modifications for almost four years.
