Robson water safe – after 18 years

After 18 years, the boil water notices in Robson and Raspberry have been lifted.

The water produced by their new $3.2 million treatment plant now meets all provincial requirements.

The boil water notice had been in place since 1997.

White says the regulations in the recently introduced Drinking Water Standards Act forced them to finally do something about their undrinkable water.
