Streetcar gets early spring start

Nelson is showing off one of its unique assets hopefully to most of 300 visiting Rotary guests.

The electric streetcar along Lakeside is being brought into service a little ahead of normal schedule for the next two days.

The public can also ride.

Here’s city councillor Robin Cherbo who is also a driver-conductor on the streetcar.

Some of the Rotary guests -here for a major conference – were given the Ghost Tour on the streetcar this morning.
