Two more charges have been brought against Teck Metals Limited at Trail operations.
One incident in December 2013 saw up to 240 kg of zinc dust spilled.
The second incident – in January 2014 – resulted in 12,000 litres of a highly caustic solution go into the regional sewer system.

The company says there was no human health risk nor long term impact to fish or the environment.
It adds equipment and operating procedures have been updated to prevent reccurence.
In March Teck was charged with four different pollution offences related to the spillage of copper, ammonia and chlorine.
