Trail Chamber seeks new Executive Director

A change in senior administration for the Trail and District Chamber of Commerce as they try to expand into Rossland.

President Naomi McKimmie says the Chamber and Executive Director Norm Casler made a mutual agreement that his tenure had come to an end.

She adds this was not connected to their effort to move into the Rossland district and it would not effect the process.

The Rossland Chamber of Commerce dissolved in March after nearly 120 years of service.

McKimmie says she can not disclose why the Chamber and Casler decided to part ways.
