The West Kootenay Eco Society is pleased but not quite ready to start celebrating the end of Jumbo resort.
Last week the province announced it doesn’t consider the proposed year-round ski hill “substantially started.”
The Eco Society’s David Reid says it’s another nail in the resort’s coffin but won’t end their legal challenge.
Reid says the province could end the lawsuit by dissolving the municipality.
