Evacuations are underway near Rock Creek because of a quickly developing wildfire.
RCMP confirm that the Kettle River campground and the community of Westbridge are under Evacuation Order.
Fanny Bernard with the South East Fire Centre says the fire was reported early afternoon but then took off in a big way.
Highway 3 and Highway 33 have been closed since early afternoon.
There is no indication as to when it will re-open.
