Creston Valley RCMP are trying to get to the bottom of an unusual parcel.
It showed up at a Creston home from Ontario February 3rd.
It contained newspaper clippings of an “odd nature” from 1890 and 1924.
Police aren’t saying any more at this stage.
And a February 29th vehicle break in and theft incident is being looked into.
The culprit smashed the window of a vehicle parked at the Wildlife Centre.
A purse containing credit cards, a ring and hearing aids valued at $9, 000 were stolen.
Both investigations are ongoing and were among the 63 police files reported last week.
