The Balfour Harrop Rescue Society wants to expand their capabilities.

They are trying to raise $50,000 dollars in the next few years.
Over the weekend a fund raiser by the Kokanee Mountain Zipline helped contribute to that cause.
Matheson would like to see his team work collaboratively with Nelson Search And Rescue on the new boat.
