Slocan Valley artist recognized

A Slocan Valley artist has been recognized for his exploration of the human form by an international art community.

Longtime Passmore resident Frantisek Strouhal was one of 618 artists from 26 countries with pieces submitted for consideration.

His piece “Mystique” was awarded special recognition — an honour presented to only 75 submissions.
