The Columbia Basin Trust will fund several projects in Nelson through its new built heritage program.
They include renovations to the city-owned portion of the coke and gas works complex.
Facilities manager Peter Sindstadt says they’ll get $100,000.
Sindstadt says they hope the restoration will help lure a tenant for the vacant building.
The work was identified in the Railtown action plan.
