A new cultural tourism initiative in the West Kootenay is now seeking artisans.
The Économusée showcases people who handcraft products using traditional methods.
Nelson cultural development officer Joy Barrett says they have three but would like at least a few more.

The Nelson visitor centre will become home to a display this fall promoting the artisans.
It’s a partnership between the City of Nelson and French Economic Development Society of BC.
