The local film industry is expected to get a boost during a four-day event in Nelson next month.
Organizer Jazmin Wilding says Kinesis is for professionals and amateur filmmakers alike.
But the emphasis is on the Kootenays.
It’s at the Civic Theatre Sept. 22 to 25.
Wilding says they’ll have screenings, workshops, and a chance for people to get to know each other.
