Nelson 6th on list of Canada’s favourite small towns

Expedia Canada’s travel blog has included Nelson among its list of Canada’s 25 favourite small towns.

Expedia says it polled 1,000 Canadians for nominations, then sorted through the written survey results to find the most frequently mentioned places (with populations of no more than 20,000).

Among the top things to do in Nelson, it suggested a heritage walking tour.

The top-ranked town in BC was Tofino at No. 4, while the top town overall was Banff.
