Telephone town hall on Canadian Pensions will be held next week

The MP for Kootenay-Columbia is holding a telephone town hall next week.

Wayne Stetski, along with Scott Duval will be talking about Canadian pensions.

He says they’ll specifically be talking about amendments to the pensions and benefits standards act.

It will also touch on Duval’s Bill C-384 which he says offers more protection to employee’s pensions after a company goes bankrupt.

Stetksi says they’ll take questions and move forward by making a report of concerns from residents.

He adds any questions that they aren’t able to address during the call will be taken down and responded to afterwards.

The town hall takes place February 6 at 6 pm, 7 pm in Creston.

More information can be found by going to Wayne Stetski’s website.
