The City of Castlegar is weighing its options when it comes to tennis and pickleball players in the community.
The Recreation Commission has seen presentations from both user groups about courts being available for them.
City Councillor Kevin Chernoff believes they can satisfy those who play either sport.
Chernoff says the recreational master plan currently being developed will help shed some light on what options the entire community would like to see.
Chernoff acknowledges pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports in North America for the older demographic so they are considering putting two new courts near the Complex.
