Trail Library will pay for fixtures in new building

Trail’s Library Board is eager and willing to fund raise for an entirely new internal set up to their floor of the new Riverfront Centre.

This from Chair Barbara Gibson who says their early estimate for new shelving, computers and furniture is approximately $300,000.

Gibson explains the operating budget for their half of the integrated Library/Museum does not include those costs.

She says they will pursue all grant opportunities as well and plan to start their fundraising campaign later in the spring.
