Johnson’s Landing memoir book tour

A local author is heartened by the response she’s getting to her memoir detailing the deadly 2012 Johnson’s Landing Landslide.

Amanda Bath resumes her book tour in Castlegar Monday night where she will discuss “Disaster In Paradise: The Landslides In Johnson’s Landing”.

She says she has been getting a positive response from readers.

The natural disasters -involving two slides in mid July 2012 – destroyed six homes and killed four people.

Bath will be at the Castlegar and District Public Library 6 pm tonight before visiting Rossland’s New Edition Cafe and Books Tuesday
