Update: Mount Midgely Fire crews to reassess containment

The Southeast Fire Centre will be reassessing the Mount Midgely fire today.

Last reports had it at 10 % contained.

Crews have been working on containment around the perimeter of the fire burning 14 kilometres  Northwest of Creston.

20  morefire suppression personnel are joining the 40 already at the site.

Fire officials say no structures are currently being threatened by the blaze.
