Memorial planned for Creston woman

Arrangements are under way for a memorial service for a Creston woman who police suspect was murdered.

The family and friends of Katherine McAdam will gather this weekend.

Close friend and former neighbour, Mary Underhill says she will be remembered fondly.


RCMP are investigating 57-year old McAdam’s death as a homicide.

Her body was discovered on the property of an Erickson residence August 27th.

She had been reported missing August 18th.

Her memorial service takes place this Saturday at 11:00am at the Lutheran church.
