CBT releases 5 year environment plan

The Columbia Basin Trust has set a broad and ambitious environmental plan for the next five years.

Their latest strategic plan will focus on five goals including water, ecosystems, dealing with climate change, and environmental education. The Trust’s Sabrina Curtis says they’ll also focus on building capacity

That will include improving accessibility of data, support for networking and sharing between local groups. There will also be a stronger push to reduce the threat of invasive species.
