A development in Castlegar looks to bring residents and vibrancy to the City’s downtown core.
The owners of the Element Nite Club have purchased the vacant property beside them on Columbia Avenue and will upgrade the two commercial and six residential units.
Florio Vassilakakis – who sits on City Council – says they will build balconies for the pair of second floor suites.
Vassilakasis had to receive a highway encroachment agreement from Council for the construction.
He says they hope to have the properties up for rent by the fall.
