City owned land for sale in Grand Forks

There’s plenty of vacant land owned by the City of Grand Forks and now’s the chance to buy it.
The City hosts an open development showcase Wednesday afternoon.
114 City-owned lots are on offer to those who want to bolster residential, business or industrial development.
Mayor Brian Taylor says much of it is in the west end.
Taylor says all the lots are surplus to City needs and having it developed would boost the tax base.
Everyone from developers to community groups and neighbours are encouraged to take a look from noon Wednesday at Gallery 2 on Central Avenue.
