Penticton Realtor Marshall Neufeld says he believes strongly in the physical work of actually going door-to-door meeting people as the best possible education for being an MP.
The 32 year old has been involved in politics and the Tories for 14 years.
The NDP is expected to choose their nominee in October.
Incumbent NDP MP Alex Atamanenko is retiring.
