There’s an unexpected closure for today due to unforeseen temporary limited physician availability.
Apparently the doctor is ill.
But interior health insists this is just a temporary situation and are hopeful things will be back to normal tomorrow.
After two years of instability the health centre is set to be back on an even keel in terms of doctor staffing.
This after the recent announcement of two full-time hires.
The first has already been on the job and the other arrives next month.
For today patients should get to nelson or call 911 in an emergency.
