Grand Forks City council is being run as a dictatorship.
That’s the argument from councillor candidate Larry Podmoroff who isn’t happy with the city’s handling of the electorate’s democractic response to the universal water metering program (which critics argue was overwhelmingly against).
Podmoroff says taxpayers’ money is being wasted and the City is overstaffed.
