A Kaslo resident is thrilled with the village’s quick response to her concerns about light pollution.
Holley Rubinsky and some others approached council about using different forms of street lighting.
She says they immediately passed a series of motions addressing the issues she raised.
The village will gradually replace its streetlights with LED fixtures that project exclusively onto the street below.
