The Village of Salmo is set to craft an age friendly action plan geared at making the area more accommodating for seniors.
The initiative will be based on results from a survey which was completed by 10% of Salmo’s population with a number of responses coming from residents who are over 70.
$24,000Â has been set aside by the village to boost age friendly initiatives.
