The public hearing on regulating marijuana dispensaries in Nelson will be held next Monday.
Council is contemplating changes to its zoning bylaw that would technically ban such businesses.
However the city has also indicated it doesn’t plan aggressive enforcement.
The hearing is in council chambers at 6 p.m.
