The new executive director at Touchstones Nelson says moving the artifact collection will be a key project in 2017.
It’s set to be relocated from the old museum on Anderson St. to the bunker beneath the Gray building.
Astrid Heyerdahl says they’ve also filled a key role in the organization.
She says having the collection next door to the museum will open up a lot of opportunities.
Heyerdahl joined Touchstones in early November.
