There’s no resolution yet on the legal fees of a former Nelson police officer.
Last September the police board asked Drew Turner to reimburse them after he was convicted of assault.
He hasn’t done so but the city’s chief financial officer plans to meet with Turner soon to work something out.
The amount in question hasn’t been revealed.
Turner resigned last year.
