You can now go online to get a dog license in Nelson.
The city has teamed up with Ontario company DocuPet.
Manager Savannah Vince says the software also helps reunite lost dogs with their owners.

Vince says they work with about 20 municipalities in BC, Ontario, and New Brunswick.
