Third-wettest March on record in the books

One of the wettest Marches on record in our region has come and gone.

Weather forecaster Jesse Ellis with the Southeast Fire Centre says we had 27 days of measurable precipitation last month.

Total precipitation was 125.4 millimetres in March.

Only 2012 and 1995 had more.

The mean temperature was 3.8 degrees, that’s lower than our average of 4.4.
