UPDATED: Trial dates set in Lemon Creek spill case

The Lemon Creek fuel spill will finally go to trial this fall.

Four weeks have been set aside in Nelson court between Sept. 25 and Nov. 30.

Slocan Valley resident Marilyn Burgoon, who started the case as a private prosecution, says she’s pleased.

Burgoon was worried the case might be moved to Vancouver to accommodate the lawyers involved.
