Selkirk College’s dean of instruction says he’s happy students will get a break on tuition for adult basic education.
But David Feldman says Selkirk did everything they could to ensure the fees didn’t set students back too much.
 Feldman adds many of Selkirk’s full time students made their way to their respective programs through adult basic education.
The BC government announced this week they’ll do away with tuition for academic upgrading.
